More expensive than 98% of people doing installation out of Elk Grove Village. Slab was too big so they just destroyed the drywall in the kitchen and left it off the walls in other areas. They caulked under the slab above the cabinets but i cant tell why, it's so bad..like why bother. Had beveled edges done on all the tops, and its 2 different levels of polish on the bevel to the flat surface, kinda tacky in my opinion. Seams arent that great either...definitely seen better and much worse. The bathrooms are equal level of quality. Backsplash tie ins are pretty bad, raw edge pointing up so it just looks whatever instead of putting the cut edge up so it's at least smooth. Left a mess in the cabinets. Left a mess in the driveway. Tons of the fiberglass mesh visible everywhere and didnt even bother to clean up inside the sinks and against the wall. So the backing material is hanging down into the sinks and poking out from the backsplash. Same thing with the bevel, didnt re-polish after running the tool so you'll get 2 different finishes.....and it wont be straight either. Also you deal with primus stone in romeoville which is it's own thing. Trying to get money back from my GC. Doubt it though. If this guy was 1500 less than my other quotes, fine....but I paid MORE and figured the reviews and word of mouth from the GC were good.... I have granite in my house.... 2 stars...just go to Elk Grove Villiage.
