Fantastic staff to work with in getting my blood work for my doctor's appointment. They are very customer friendly, efficient and professional. I plan to be a regular customer for as many years as I may need lab services or any other they may provide when needed. I went for the sneak peek test I forgot the young lady name who drew my blood from my arm but she was so funny. I was trying to find every excuse to hoping that this baby was a girl and guess what it’s a girl!!!!! I’m so happy and the 150 was well worth it.

The actual scheduling and testing went well. Website interface was easy to navigate and straightforward. A little confusion on collection day as to the procedure of staying in vehicle and calling for the technician/nurse to come outside was confusing at best. The worst part of the experience was the delay in getting the result. As I was needing this for international business travel, it was important that I had the result prior to departure which did not happen. This caused me to incur a 2500 cost to reschedule and greatly impacted my travel plans.
