My experience today was exceptional. The customer service is outstanding and the owner is kind as well as knowledgeable. She explained to me about the various sewing machines. The staff greeted and attended to me as soon as I entered. I have worked in customer service and this was exceptional. I would love to start taking classes.

I went to the store today and was greeted so sweetly by Ms. Lana. She is such a treat! She immediately engaged in a conversation about what I was looking for and when I showed her what I was working on, she started searching for the perfect fabric for me! When I told her I was a new long armer, she gave me some free tips and advice about a problem I was having with my pantographs. The store is well organized, clean and feels just like a quilt store should. If I could give this store more than 5 stars, I would! Go there and see for yourself. What a gem!
