We have been upgrading our backyard and the last piece was the palm trees by our pool. After reading reviews and visiting several locations we finally visited Palm Professionals. They were closed for Thanksgiving break but Wes was kind enough to open up for us to look around. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to understand what we were trying to achieve. We found 2 ribbon palms and a pindo palm that was exactly what we needed. They came out in a few days and had the trees in the ground in a few hours and left us with the directions for their proper care. It was amazing to see them maneuver those trees into our backyard because they weren’t exactly little.
My wife and I wanted to change out the tree in our front yard. Wes was very knowledgeable and helped us pick out a tree to fit our needs. The day of installation they removed the old tree, planted the new one and cleaned up in less than an hour. The tree looks amazing and the installation crew was very professional. Some of the best work we have seen.
We are thoroughly pleased with our experience with Palm Professionals Tropical Nursery. On our initial visit to their location Gary asked questions and looked at many pictures we took of our yard to make sure we got the type of palms that would look best in our yard and would be more cold tolerant. Gary was very thorough and knowledgeable in every respect and a pleasure to work with. The installation went very smoothly and as expected. Their prices were very competitive and we certainly liked the guarantee. We have used their palm tree fertilizer for a few years and it is the only palm tree fertilizer we have ever used where we could actually see the results.
We are very pleased with the experience we've had with Palm Professionals. Wes answered all of our questions thoroughly, the installation process was seamless and our palms look absolutely stunning in our yard. We had a few questions after installation and Wes made sure he got back to us via email and phone in a prompt manner.
