I had such a positive fun experience at the Torrid located in Sugarland Mall. The store including dressing rooms where very clean. Sharon and her team product knowledge was on point and they also where very professional . This is my go to Torrid location. Thank you, Nichole.

I absolutely LOVE Torrid. Plus size and always get compliments in my Torrid. Only place I will shop for my SWIMSUIT and BRALETTES!!! They always have sales, send coupons in mail w/magazine, and 10 coupon for my Birthday. The staff at this location have always been helpful. They have even located, called, and placed hold on items that their store didn't carry.

I love the clothes and always shop the clearance racks, but today I wanted a dress. Found one I loved then realized I didn't have my coupon. Told the girl at the checkout and she said it was only for regular price items, to which I replied that the dress was regular price. I didn't explicitly ask her if they had a way to use the coupon, and she offered no alternative. Finished ringing up only to ask her to return the dress. I'm not sure if you absolutely have to have the coupon in hand per store policy or if the clerk just didn't care. I wish more people understood subtlety and good customer service. Anyway it all seems silly, given that I just purchased the same dress on the store website for 30% off and without even having to know the coupon code. It put it in for me. Wish the in store experience were that easy.
