Wagoners Cleaning Services has been cleaning and watching over our units at Sugar Top Resort. Jammie and Chris have done a wonderful job. Reviews from our guest always mention how clean our units are. Jammie and Chris are also on hand to help our guests during their stay. Thank you, Chris and Jammie, for a job well done! Update: Chris and Jammie continue to do a good job for us. Wagoners Cleaning Service has been cleaning and managing our Airbnb properties for the last 3 years. They respond to all Airbnb inquires and take care of the reservations. They clean between each guest visit and do a deep clean a couple of times a year. The Wagoner's services are greatly appreciated.

I scheduled them for a move-in cleaning over the phone. The schedule was not confirmed by either one of us and I had to delay it a day. Most of the house seemed clean when they left. We were in town for a long weekend just while we closed on the house. We moved in a month later. I learned what a horrible job they did when I starting unpacking our belongings. I am short, 5'2'. I had to use a ladder to install shelf paper in the pantry, kitchen cabinets, bathrooms and closets. Well, apparently they needed a ladder too. The top shelf of all of those locations just listed looked as if they did not touch it. The refrigerator had some discoloration. Mr. Clean took it right off. I pointed out the poor job on the oven door while they were there. One of the bathrooms was very dirty on the outside of the toilet near the bolts. Granted the lighting is not bright in that bathroom, but I noticed it with the same lighting. I paid a pretty penny for them to clean an empty house. There was a residue of something on several of the wood stairs. I cleaned the majority of it off with a microfiber cloth and water. It took elbow grease to get some of it. Bottom line, I think that is what this team lacked...elbow grease. They cleaned as if it had been cleaned within the last few weeks. Please spare yourself the aggravation of hiring them to clean...unless you have already done the heavy lifting.
