I love bringing my animals here. They always make me feel welcome and like they genuinely care about the well-being of my animals. I also really like the cool ID card I get for my animals. It proved to be useful when I needed to provide proof of my dogs shots for a groomer.

My family has been with them for overs 3 dogs and two cats. There were so many red flags. 1. We brought our dog in who was passing and throwing up and they thought she was fine and that we were trying to kill our dog. Then our dog threw up blood and starting crying and they believed us. This made my Father and I feel Horrible In the moment. 2. Every time Jennifer or Rebecca does something wrong they point Fingers at you and state how you were wrong. We all make mistakes! However own up and have good customer service to make things right. 3. They ordered are medicine incorrectly and gave me an order from her old medicine when we needed one for her new medicine and of course it was our fault they we didn’t catch it. They are disrespectful, rude and have horrible bed side manner! They did not use to be like this which is odd because the same people have been pretty much working the show. I use to think it was just miscommunication but they started happening every visit. I am tired of it and want to let others to know that they need to go somewhere else!

My baby River had pups 2 weeks ago. She developed a calcium deficiency and had a fever of 104. I was beside myself thinking she would die and her puppies would not have a mother. They not only saved her but they also kept me same. THANK YOU!!!!!!

Horrible and would never even want to work here. Rude manager just because they dont like someone and uncaring of peoples emotions
