i have lived here 9 years and the last owners were rude.it was so expensive to have a dog or cat. but since it has been better see those pics of the aparments are not true see about a year ago one of the the respone people helped set up something electric and it chaught fire the hole section was on fire they re did the aparments and that is why they are so difffret then the other one. as i said i havelived here for long time and if you have lived herea long time then you house is diffrent then the others that is my hall way.

It is nice and quiet here. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They always Respond promptly to issues. Their communication is great so you do not have to go days wondering what happened to your claim or an issue you have with the complex. The facility is clean and not trashy, the up keep is on a weekly basis so it looks great! I been here before Renew took over and I see a lot of great changes and a whole different vibe to the complex.

Very nice complex. The staff here are very nice. I love that they are always on top of things and let us know in a email right away with details. They are always doing renovations. Very quiet, calm complex. Me and my family love it here. I will highly recommend this apartments to friends and families.

I came right at the start of COVID and we love our unit the minute we walked it. It's spacious for us and stay very cool, especially on hot days. The maintenance personnel are excellent and whenever there is anything needed we just call or walk into the Lease office. The staff is friendly and helpful as well.

It’s a great complex quiet, good area, and great schools surrounding it. Washer and dryers in the units and a small but decent fitness room.

Nice complex, the managment is friendly and if there is a problem it's taken care of right away. The improvements look great , I like the 2 gym's we have now.

I just love living at this community, Priscilla has been more than accommodating with helping me relocate from Sacramento. She is extremely informative and took her time when helping me choose the right apartment home. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
