Awesome service and a clean modern show room. Everyone I’ve worked with including mark Bowers and the service team, Jessica Rodriguez are friendly proactive and great to work with. Glad we found a great service center near us! It doesn’t hurt that Mazda makes more fun to drive cars than any other manufacturer in its class for the most part. Though I hope to see an all electric Mazda SUV soon !!

I had the privilege of taking delivery of two 2019 Miata 30th Anniversary Special Editions, one RF and one Roadster. I just left Passport Mazda after receiving exceptional customer service. Matthew, and his team, were extremely helpful. My car was ready within hours, and it is running better than I expected (probably better than it has in a long time). David got in touch with me as soon as repairs were complete. They made sure to keep me updated, informed, and met every expectation set. It was an added bonus to get to drive around in a brand new rental for the day. I would definitely recommend this Passport Mazda to anyone who needs their Mazda serviced, or wants to purchase one!
Awesome experience for a first time car buyer. Amazing staff, When I arrived I was greeted by the sales manager Rafael who which had Great customer service skills, he then introduced us to Jay who was just as awesome, got my paperwork and things ready in good time. Not to mention Mark was so amazing . Rafael even ordered my aunt and I dinner while we waited... they made us feel so welcomed.. I loved it there and my new CX-5
I can not say enough good things about this place. Chelsea was phenomenal going above and beyond helping us to fix our car. Will keep coming back to our favorite dealership.
