My experience was really pleasant. Kim was sweet and listened to what I wanted. The manager was great with explaining the answers to the questions that I had. I love Courtney's personality and I'm so glad she told me about the coverage package. Only reason why I give 4 stars and not 5 is because I wished that my sales representative showed me how everything in my car work. It is a pretty different change going from 2019 Sedan to a 2021 SUV. The placement of the buttons is pretty different from my Q50, and made sure that SOS was registered. I feel like I had to figure out all those on my own. I absolutely love the service department! They are always helpful and pleasant. When I would take my Q50 to get serviced it was in a great timely manner and the department is fully communicative.

Just got a spare key made for my car. Besides, the pricing... it was an immaculate visit. Service was great, and the staff was all so very professional. I was so pleased with how well this business was kept...clean is an understatement. Loved, loved, loved this visit. Never look forward to going any place regarding a car. This place is a joke.... I would never purchase a car from here again. 1st it took them almost a month and half to process the final payment for my previous car. I literally had to contact the manager of the dealership in order to get this process before my payment was due. I also had some outstanding items on the “we owe you list”for example like a second key and I still haven’t received that yet and let me add I purchased this car a November 19th, 2020. Their communication is horrible. We had to go there face to face three times and still no luck with my key. The only thing positive about this dealership is our salesman Remi everything else is garbage. ( were still getting the run around and I DO NOT HAVE MY KEY!) I wish I could give a 1/2 star.
