I didn't purchase anything here because they obviously don't care if they sell anything. Tried twice to connect with Anthony Rizzo, left two messages about a car I was interested in...no call back.? Later spoke with Kimberly who not only misquoted the 'on the road' price, but also lied and said Ky law doesn't allow them to disclose previous owner..not true. After this experience and reading some of the reviews, I will take my business elsewhere. If they treat their customers this way all the time, it is beyond me how they stay in business.

Sullivan seemed like a great place to shop at first. Everyone was helpful through the browsing process. When we started to purchase the vehicle I had asked for it to be detailed, filled up and the back tire checked upon arriving to purchase the vehicle. When I arrived nothing was done. The gas wasn't a huge issue so I let it go and could clean it on my own. But days later I had to call again about the tire. They took the car for a day and stated nothing was wrong with it(even though air had been lost). I later took it to a tire shop and needed it repaired. I would rather have it done right then told it was OK while I had a baby riding in the car. I also had issues with the car vibrating at 75MPH and was told by the manger there is nothing they would do about it bc they NEVER drive over the speed limit and won't to see whats going on. This company DOES Not take care of their customers, they sell you a car and forget about you. They do not have them looked at prior to being sold or I wouldn't have to deal with all of these issues. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from them!
