The man behind the counter was excellent. He got me in quickly and was very friendly. Service occurred quickly, as well. Checkout was just as easy and again, the man behind the counter was still awesome (same man). The woman at the checkout counter was equally friendly and efficient. Great experience and I will definitely come back.

Arrived at service department, albeit I didn’t have an appt. but walked in and had to just stand there a good 10min before anyone even asked if I had been helped. Tried to tell one of the 5 guys talking amongst themselves what I was there for but was told someone would be with me later. I understand service dept are busy but it doesn’t take too much to ask what I was there for! Eventually was told the service manager would be out to address my problem, they paged him he never came! Customer service at this dealership is horrible they is not the first time I’ve had issues here! Would not recommend anyone here
