we had a great time picking apples but we were really there on a mission to get the best apple dumpling I've ever had (again). So worth it :) make sure to get it with the ice cream. We got there at lunch and needed something to eat before dessert and had the apple pork sandwich and it was also fantastic. It was so good we went back to buy apple butter and Vidalia onion rellish so we could try to make our own.

This place is one of those local finds that you feel lucky to find. They have a nice store with tons of little food items that you won't find anywhere else. Many of the items are produced locally. They have an amazing playground for kids and plenty of outside seating for adults. My complaint is not about the staff or the facility or their offerings. Don't get me wrong but, We went there in the middle of Covid and I would expect some basic protections to be in place. There is NOTHING. The staff do not wear masks. There are no shields. Customers are not made to wear masks. Social distancing is not required. The store is small and has small isles. It's a bit claustrophobic, even without people. The (long) line in the store was tightly packed with non-mask-wearing adults and children. I just expect a little more respect for my health than that.
This was my first time here and my first time planning a field trip. It was so fun. The kids enjoyed themselves. The area was clean ot was not crowded there was a great play area for after the tour the tour guide was very nice. Last the doughnuts were amazing. All in all very glad we chose to visit and will have To again
Great place to spend the day with your kids or grand kids. Have lunch play on play ground pick your own apples. Store had lots of thing to buy apples already baged, apple cider yummy apple donuts soft and really delicious. Among other thing to buy.
If you do not come to this place, you are missing out on a lot. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, you can pick your own apples, the food is addictive, and their store is quaint and homey. Seriously great prices on all. Come for your next family outing.
Such a nice shop! Absolutely recommend everything. We tried the cider, donuts, and ice cream. All were delicious. We even got our four legged friends some treats. They give it a big paws up. Highly recommend Okaw Valley Orchard and their friendly staff.
EVERYTHING was so good. Bought some Zucchini Relish. Going back to buy more. Like 10 jars. And to get another Apple Slushi.
First time there and the girls working were so nice. They had an amazing selection of all types of jams and fruit butters and tons of fresh produce. We will definitely be coming back soon.
