I purchased a vehicle at Sullivan-Parkhill earlier today and everyone was very helpful. The salesman Jim Stevens was friendly and courteous and worked to help get the deal I was wanting. He even helped get the car seats out of the car I was trading after. The finance person Larry was also very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me and over the phone to my wife. Everyone at the dealership today was great and when we look to replace our other cars we will definitely go back. It was a much better experience than I have had in the past at other dealerships.

I cannot express how incredible the staff was! Liz was amazing. I was in a bad situation with my last car note, and Andrew, Liz and Larry were a godsend! They went above and beyond to help me! Liz was down to earth and made me feel at ease and made sure I had everything I needed and more. ️They treated me like family. I trust them completely and I will be sending all of my friends to them! Now I am in a beautiful SUV that I can rest easy knowing 1)its not a lemon and 2) I got the best deal possible!

Jim Stevens was everything I didn't expect from a used car salesman. He didn't ask "what kind of monthly payment are you looking for". Instead he asked us what we were looking for, what features were important to us, what was our price range; and he actually listened to us. After chatting for about 20 minutes he took us out to the lot and showed us two vehicles that checked most of our boxes and after a couple of quick test drives we bought one. It was that easy. I never once felt like I was being pressured or manipulated to buy what the dealership needed to get off the lot, or maneuvered to get the least amount of car that fit within my monthly payment limits. My wife and I are very happy customers at this point, 3 days after the purchase. We did a lot of research prior to shopping, and we feel that we got an excellent deal on a high quality used car. In fact, we got more car than we thought we would be able to find in our price range. Now having said all that, if I could take away a half star I would. The only negative about the whole experience was waiting around while the staff ate lunch. If you are looking for a good deal on a great car along with an unbelievably pleasant car shopping experience, go see Jim at Sullivan-Parkhill.

It was our first time trading in our old vehicle towards a new car and my girlfriend and I were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere our the dealership. Our sales representative - Liz - did an excellent job easing us into the process, ironing out a lot of the anxiety of getting a new vehicle, and helping us pick what worked for us (even if it took a few tries due to some indecision on our part). Overall we appreciate the service we got and would happily come back for whatever we need. Everyone we met there was helpful and patient, process was easier than I was anticipating, but make sure to thank the service department people too! They also appreciate seeing a happy face.

Shopping around for a car and contacted Sullivan-Parkhill Automotive. I was immediately connected to Cody who was welcoming and patience; as I had a ton of questions. I spoke with him about my likes and dislikes. Cody immediately directed to the website and I filled out the application. I was contacted within a minute of applying online. Make a long story short, Cody and I communicated via phone and I was able to upload documents. I was able to purchase a car that evening! My in office experience was just as amazing however exceptional as Cody made me feel at home. Cody is knowledgeable in sales and the vehicles on the lot. Cody discussed trinkets sold by the dealer to personalize my car. My positive interaction with Cody and the gentleman at the desk made me feel at ease and help me in making my purchase. Cody walked me through the features of the car and explained the importance of turning on some of the features that were off. Thanks Cody for your excellent extraordinary hospitality!

Jim was really nice. Outstanding, even. It seemed at first that I was being blown off (not by Jim, but by the dealership in general) due to the state of desperation I was in. They knew I was waiting, Jim reminded them, but they went to lunch before providing me any service. Jim pressed his coworkers to help me BEFORE he found out my credit score was 800 and I made good money. I appreciate his customer service and integrity in that matter. If it were just him I was rating, he'd get 5 stars with no issue! There was an attempt to sell me a loaner that reeked of cigarette smoke. I couldn't even finish a test drive. Jim's coworkers offered to air it out so I could pick it up the next day. Jim wouldn't have that. He went out of his way to find another vehicle. A lot of poor service was given that Jim worked hard to intervene with. I believe they were shocked that someone in my demographic would have good credit and money. Jim, on the other hand, provided personalized, excellent service from start to finish.
