So we got an delivery date pretty soon after paying for a half cord firewood. The delivery date was today and I mean, we had zero communication. We called twice, including once right before 5pm with no answer, just another voicemail. It was eventually dumped where we requested it. It’s looked small, but as we began stacking and counting, we learned the order was accurate. It is advertised as seasoned firewood and it absolutely is not. It’s still very green, moisture filled, and is covered in live moss! Threw one log into fire and it’s very visibly steaming, smoking, and the moisture is literally boiling off. Amazing they would provide such a product that could lead to faster creosote buildup. I’m not a first time homeowner or first time wood fireplace owner, so I’m very familiar with the issues here. So now I have half cord of unseasoned wood I guess to use next year. EDIT: it's been a month and they haven't returned a call, responded to a FB message, nothing.... They took my money and ran!!

Ordered half a cord of wood which should be 12' long by 4' tall but only received enough wood for 6' long and 4' high. A half cord is a half cord and the size should be consistent. Effectively delivered a quarter cord for half cord price which is not acceptable. The pictures show the amount of wood delivered which is half what it should be.
