We have used Burke Septic for septic pump service as well as existing septic line repair and install of a tank riser. We had foul water backed up in our shower requiring immediate corrective action. Burke Septic worked us in to their schedule and promptly alleviated the problem. He showed us the large tree root that was partially obstructing the septic line outlet. Once the job was completed it was barely noticeable where the lawn had been dug up at the septic site, the lawn nicely repaired. Burke Septic personnel is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, conscientious, personable and has very competitive pricing. We are extremely happy with service they provide, will continue to use and highly recommend!

Horrible service. We explained the situation we were dealing with in detail prior to the appointment. They came out to our place and refused to do the septic service we called for. We called JW Septic and they got right on the job. He did a thorough job without hesitation! I won't call Burkes ever again. JW septic hands down!
They weren't able to help us trouble shoot an odd smell, but we're able to familiarize me with the system since we just moved in. They also pumped for us and we're true professionals. Will use them again next time.
