Always nice employees.
I had a horrible phone conversation with an employee that works in the pharmacy or a pharmacist. I ask her if they carried a certain brand of medication that I’m prescribed, because believe it or not some brands of the exact same medicine work more effectively than other brands. She was very rude and told me immediately that they don’t carry that brand. And then hung up on me. Not professional at all, extremely rude and discourteous. Not professional at all. If you hate your job to the point that you’re going to be rude to a customer who is asking maybe an odd question, but was being as polite and courteous as possible. I’m shocked, this is the first time I’ve had a negative experience at that location. This phone call took place between 7:45pm - 8:00pm on May 31, 2019, and was a female I was speaking to. I’ll never be back to that location:
Best pharmacist ever!! So friendly and they ALWAYS have my medicine. Not like other Walgreens in the area. It worth the extra drive for me.
I love the service! And photos always turn out very good!!
