My Garage Chain had fell off . I called Original Triad Door and they had someone out within 24 hours. Cody arrived ready to work, what he thought was an easy job turned out to be a mess but without any hesitation he ensured me he would get it fixed right and that is what he did. Delivered outstanding results, he was very polite, friendly, professional and talked me through everything he was doing. Quick response at 6pm. Said service tech would call between 8am-9am next. He called at 8:02am and arrived by 8:15. Asked for an estimate at original call. Was quoted the cost and charge was exactly that (and in line with other quotes). Service tech inspected and adjusted all aspects of garage door opener and did not suggest we replace both springs after inspecting and determine the issue. Maintained all COVID safety protocols. No contact job completion and invoicing. Took payment over phone. Told tech (Shawn) we would definitely call them the next time. His response was “that’s wonderful but it would probably be awhile because we were in good shape”! Definitely a great experience overall! Highly recommend!
Had an emergency with my garage door not closing completely. Got an appointment but they were able to come the next day due to a technician finishing up early. Very reasonable price and it was fixed within an hour. He even asked if I wanted him to replace the insulation rubber at the bottom of the door since it had open spots. Everyone that I talked to was very nice and helpful especially working me in sooner than my appointment since I could not close the door completely and I was nervous about leaving it halfway open.
Amazing customer service. NO NEED TO LOOK ANY FURTHER. I called to schedule a repair and the lady in the office was wonderful to work with. The technician was able to arrive early and make the necessary repairs at a fair price. Make these guys your go to door company.
Great experience using Original Triad Door. Everyone from the person who gave the quote, to the lady answering the phone, to the installer were all great people. Installation took only 2 hours by 1 person. I was very impressed with Original Triad Door and would recommend them to anyone looking for a garage door.
