If I could rate zero i would. My father had sprinklers installed and he has a warranty through them, but according to the company they won't come and fix sprinkler heads or do anything to try and help. He has a warranty!! They don't answer or call back. Very poor customer service. Not recommended
They charge 90 for 15 minutes just to come out and tell you what is wrong and that is not applicable to the service call, then it's 140 per hour after that! They have plenty of competition that doesn't charge like that.
Complete rip-off! Charged me 420 for a startup and to replace 3 sprinkler heads that took slightly over an hour. SHAME on them for over charging during a pandemic. Pathetic! Also they only allocate 15 min for startups for a 125. So by the time they get out of their truck and get equipped they are charging you more. Don’t do it! You will regret it!
