This place has went down hill since covid started. Can't get your order right. Smaller portions . May never go back. We found Sunrise Bistro and they get it right. Perkins are our #1 place for big portions and great food , service, and prices.

Very unsatisfied with my experience there tonight. The floor was littered with food and paper, my meal came, the fries were overcooked, corn was overcooked, green beans had several burnt shriveled beans in them. Worst part was my meal came with a long dark hair in the steak/gravy. Spoke to the manager after sending all the food back, and was told they worse hair nets, and clearly they didn't. My server had a loose ponytail hanging down. The rest of the servers had their hair up. Manager offered to recook my meal, but I cant eat after finding something gross in my food, and told him this. He apologized, but I was left to sit and watch my husband eat. Cracker barrel is my favorite restaurant, this was the only bad experience I have ever had at one. Very dissapointed with the whole thing.
I grabbed some to go food from a gift card I had tonight and everything was delicious! My favorite part of the meal was actually dealing with Ikera Who took my order over the phone. We shared a few laughs together and she has great customer service skills. It made the experience even better!
Always good. We always enjoy the cracker barrel norms. Service was good. Love the gift shop to buy things we shouldn't but great to take home for the people that take care of our pets. Anyway. All good.
The food was great. The service could have been better. They weren't really busy,so the waitress could've been more attentive All in all it was worth it. A1 chicken and dumplings
