I give it a 4* only because I have taken some great sunset pics here. Usually pretty trash strewn. But that's the people that stop not the county.

This would have been a beautiful view had people not ruined it. Covered in litter, and there were two dead dogs. Not exactly what I pulled over for my young kids to see.
