So far so good. The delivery driver, Ray, was friendly and explained (because I was curious) just how it was gonna work. Just had the first of two delivered and I was interested in how it would work with the switch next week. Now I understand it.

PODS delivered my parents pod to their home on time. I was not able to be there at the time of delivery and I was worried about them placing the POD far away from the home/ not near the door/ etc because their driveway and car parking area is quite spacious. I arrived to unload their POD today and it was placed in a PERFECT spot for unloading. Only a few feet away from the carport pad and not too far away from the house. My mom also mentioned during the process that PODS has been very accommodating, considering she called them 3x to change the amount of PODS needed and sizes. THANK YOU PODS!

Moving from Virginia to the Charleston area, we stored all of our belongs in three PODS while we are building a house. Yesterday, we needed to access one of the PODS to remove some items. A really nice man named Doyle greeted us when we arrived and asked if we needed anything. He checked back with us a couple of times while we were there to make sure everything was ok. He made us feel very comfortable knowing our belongings are safe in the PODS. He is a great example of good customer service.

Mike was very professional. Even though he didn’t have to knock on our door to let us know he was there, he had the courtesy to do so. He dropped off our POD in a safe and timely fashion. My kids even enjoyed watching him unload the POD. We will definitely go with PODs the next time we move!

Harold deliver my POD today. Initially I was rescheduled from the morning to the afternoon and I was worried I would get pushed to the next day. I called customer service and they contacted the warehouse and requested the driver to give me a call. Within 1 hour the driver called and said he was on the way. Harold was friendly and it was quite impressive how the pod is placed down. My POD was clean and was reinforced with a hard top for different weather conditions. We tried another company and received the run around. Then I called pods and at every point from quote to delivery was a pleasant experience.
