Lots of dirt roads and trails to explore here. Some areas are listed as free camping and I found a few spots back from the road that would be very peaceful. I went up here looking for a camp that my great grandfather had a share in and I hadn't visited since the 1970's. As a kid we picked wild blueberries here and spent many a Sunday drive wandering around. Lots of old building foundations to be found and work that was done under the CCC in the 1920's and 1930's. You might want 4wd for the extra clearance but most of this is Camry friendly, just no high speed banshee runs.
The little parking spots in the state lands we're all filled up with snow. There for couldn't park and get out and hunt. If you park on the side of roads the cops or Forrest rangers hassle you and or give u tickets. If there is pkng spots clean them up. One to three swipes and two three cars could use these spots as were intened for. Plow people could do much better than they do.
Needa better markers so u know where u are and where trails are.
