I admire the way Tevon Caleb took care of the Vincent’s coming from Florida blindly rent of circumstance and he helped us well !! Love the space and the maintenance is well kept ( I feared roaches, rats and bed bugs ) and thank God they made sure we good in Thts aspect lol. The only problem we have is parking! And I believe they can take measure to fix it. Been here for almost three years now
I have been a resident at Summit Crest for more than ten years. The location and convenience is important to me. The staff in the office are extremely polite and professional.. They have come to know the residents and genuinely care about their concerns and requests. Service of any kind is completed in a timely manner... The public area is maintained daily and weekly...You never see trash or paper on the grounds. There is plenty of parking. We have a new area for children to play and a nice swimming pool. But most of all..there are events throughout the year for families to take part in.....Whether it's the yearly "Back to School" Backpacks and supplies given to the children of Summit Crest....the Christmas-Holiday events or the annual Easter Egg Hunt....This is a place where families or singles can live and enjoy!!! All of this and more are reasons why I reside at Summit Crest Apartments.
I really enjoyed my time at Summit Crest . Never had any pest concerns and the grounds were always well kept. Extermination services were provided every couple of months to prevent any sort of pest activity . Parking was never an issue unless your trying to run a sales car lot . Office team was awesome and was always there to help. Thank you Summit Crest .
If you love bugs, then you'll really love this place. You'll find bugs in your kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and just about any corner of the house. But say you hate bugs, and would want them out. They have the best exterminators potatoes can buy. With their magical bug spray (which is yellow Gatorade mixed with soap), with 26 simple treatments, your house will only be half as infested as it once was before. Oh, and the neighbors are the best. Say you have a test coming up the next day and you want to stay up all night to study. Well no problem there cause they play non-stop reggaeton. Such thoughtful neighbors to keep you up all night so that you can study. The staff is wonderful as well. From never responding to your emails to giving the runaround with trying to get answers, you'll never have a dull, peaceful day in your life. I wish I could give this place a different rating than what I gave it, but sadly Google doesn't allow negative stars on reviews. This place truly deserves it.
The staff at summit crest is TREMENDOUSLY helpful and willing to help. I really enjoyed my spacious apartment and the great convenient location where summit crest is located. Thank you summit crest team!
The best if I could give a 10 I would. No problems with roaches or rats. The office staff Is very nice and the ground staff here is one of the best place to live. My car got towed by accident and returned didn't cost me a cent I was given a gift card for any inconvenience. Here is my ten stars for all the staff at Summit Crest ️️️️️️️️️️
