The proprietor who works is a true artisan, and has done some very good restoration type work on old issues that we've given them which would otherwise have been thrown out, but gained another lifetime through his work. This is a cobbler who is very good at whatyou guys, and understand it, that's a real fine.
Always dependable with excellent work! Will provide guidance on best solution vs what you may think is needed.
I took a 150 swiss backpack there to get a zipper replaced because there was a broken link in the zipper and it wouldn't open or close. All they did was use some pliers and a dot of glue on the broken link, and the problem isn't fixed, it still gets stuck and you have to use some force to pass that link to open the pocket. I could have done that in my work shop in a few minutes. They charged me 25 for the worlds worst job, and they told me to wait 5 days so they can fix it. I also took a belt there to replace the screws and they couldn't even use the same screws. They only take cash and don't even print receipts, so there is no proof that i was a customer. The people in there cant even speak ENGLISH!!!! I am never coming here again and I'm telling everyone I know to never go to this place. Negative 5 stars if possible.
