She got back to me immediately and never left me waiting for anything. She promised to drop off samples and they were there very quickly as promised. Most amazing store, shades and draperies are gorgeous. So many selections of unusual prints innovative materials, fabrics and textures. Professional staff is excellent from beginning to end they keep in touch. I have used Hunter Douglas and they are in my opinion a two star company there is no comparison to the Shade Store which 5 star plus! They are better than the best! Prices are reasonable for the product they produce, meticulous and high end for sure.Obviously great quality control, unlike HD. I love my very unusual shade, it was measured and installed to perfection, and the sales staff was excellent.
