Lived across the street from this park for 9years. It says 55 and older but there were always younger people seen coming and going and claiming to live there. They also tried squatting in houses that were vacant close by. The park seemed pretty quite and maintained. One of the better r.v. parks around. The managers office always seemed closed when neighbors went there to ask questions. Since the river is on the other side of the hill right next to the park there are tons of bunnies in spring and on. Pretty cool if ya ask me.

This place is really nice, right by the river. It's clean and well run with good services. All around the park there are beautiful trees so it looks really nice. It's priced fairly. I work in Tacoma and it's just a short drive to work. The parks that are located in the city of Tacoma are packed, expensive, noisy, and not that clean. I actually want to be here at this park, especially on the weekends it's like being on vacation.
A place to park your RV for a period of time water, cable is included in your space rent. My brother Parks his RVs there.
