I loved it!! Julie is a very personable person n she knows what she doing.
Just bought a pool a month ago. Return today to buy a dolphin pool vacuum. The lady that works the counter is always very pleasant, knowledgeable and answers all my many questions. Definately recommend.
Pool service has completely gone down hill since Nick left. Weekly service has been cancelled. It does not make sense to pay for a cleaning when it’s not cleaned 100%. After a week of rain I was expecting the pool to be a mess. It was a mess but the rain storm continued. After the massive storm on Thursday I noticed the employee still went to our home to clean the pool. I asked the manager why they would clean a pool during a storm. She said “if that’s your day for cleaning that’s the day they come”. I stated that didn’t make sense to clean a pool during a hail and thunderstorm. Knowing it would be just as bad the next day. I wouldn’t be canceling our service if the pool was clean after the storm but to clean a pool DURING a storm makes no sense to me. Employee literally showed up 15 mins before storm began. I am sure this business looks at weather on a daily basis. I looked at the pool 30 mins after it was cleaned (during the storm) and it was covered in branches and dirt. As expected with the winds and rain we had 1. Bad customer service if you don’t communicate with customers during bad storms. Common sense outweighs any contract of service. 2. Bad service and incomplete work by newer employee. 3. Inconsistent work and bad communication is the main reason for my review. 4. To make a decision on cleaning a pool during a storm shows lack of care. Having management react as if I was crazy, NOT to want my pool cleaned during a wind storm shows lack of care for customers and more about the bottom line. 5. Having my money flushed away in a storm wasn’t in the contract. Time to find a company that thinks about customers not payment. FYI: No credit was requested and no credit was offered.
