I always stop for a slice and its always delicious. And today I called to cancel a order because unfortunately my daughter and I are sick and cannot have our birthday party. Well it was so easy. Within an hour I had an email stating I would be getting a full refund. And then they called me to follow up and make sure I received my refund email. Great customer service and GREAT COOKIES! Always had them at my birthday party growing up!

I used to love coming here to get some fresh cookies. But now they are NOT the same, unfortunately. Now, the cookies taste like they have been sitting out all day and they are not soft at all. Guess I have to find other Great American Cookies to go to.
Used to love this place now I have to wait 15 minutes for a pretzel, just don't understand how it takes this long!! I will try one more time after that I will never come back here
the fat guy named Emmanuel with purple nasty looking dreads is just rude and nasty. i wouldn't recommend anyone going there . they aren't very friendly. and when you walk by he just looks at you like you are dumb and that he is better than anyone there.
At the end of our shopping excursion today, worn out, weighed down with bags, two riled up kids, we stopped to get about 10 worth of cookies. PAID for them. Was handed the receipt, somehow walked away without the purchase.....was handed a receipt....was NOT handed the purchase.
Ordered a cookie cake for graduation, it was supposed to be a giant softball saying Congrats Grad but instead I got a cookie with a tiny baseball on it.
