I waited in the lobby for three hours and during that time I heard numerous conversations that left me flabbergasted. The woman working the admittance desk was rude, combative, and consistently condescending to just about everyone that walked through the doors. Loved ones just trying to figure out what was happening to their partners were met with snarky replies void of any compassion. Sadly, this has been somewhat common place with our experiences across the entire Banner system.

The ER entrance is different from past visits. Go south on 103rd Ave from Thunderbird and driveway and parking are in ground floor now. Google directions send you to the construction entrance on 103 DRIVE. Use 103rd AVENUE to reach the ER entrance. Google will probably update the directions after construction is finished. The main entrance is first left off 105th Ave then up the ramp. Small parking lot but it's usually full, may want to go to the parking garage instead. Parking is still a cluster-duck, but the staff is awesome. Flagged down the golf cart dude who led us right to were we wanted to go.

Worse medical service in the ten years of hospital visits. Don't know if the greater than 5 hours in the ER, a temporary hold to a 2 a.m shared room, or the five minute doctor visit in a 18 hours stay. Then a huge bill to follow. Better of going a bar.
