Scheduler (Judy?) would not answer the phone. Would take 1 to 2 days to respond to my voicemail and leave a useless message. This went on for 10 days. Finally had Core institute contact her. Then I get a call the morning of my procedure that Dr Freedman would be leaving early because he was sick and could I come in early. Sick huh? Then after 4 more days of trying to reschedule with Judy, I gave up.

Went for hip injection on right hip which was causing pain to right knee. Did it at Core Institute on 104th Thunderbird in Sun City AZ. I was very impressed with all the staff. Once in room the injection was done using x-ray in less than a minute by Dr Freedman. Results is very good with knee pain gone.
