They wouldn't help me. They tell everyone to fill out a bunch of paperwork even if you've been there before. My temp was 92 degrees - I'm hypothermic - and they told me to stay outside because of my fever. ??? Another person needing help while i was there was told to call his doctor or go to ER. The emergency room is for life threatening conditions like Covid! This urgent care had no patients. They could have helped him but they chose not too... they just told him to go to the ER. I just left. I was sick and shaking so bad I couldn't fill out all that paperwork. I'm never going there again.

Call on December 16th schedule an appointment Was told the call back on December 17th at 7:00 a.m. to schedule my appointment called back at 7:00 a.m. on December 17th was told that they were already booked for that day that I could make an appointment for the following day when originally on the 16th was told that they do not look out for the next day until day of was lied to and the woman at that answer the phone was very very rude

I want to tell everyone what a wonderful experience I had at your Urgent Care. Had made two phone calls to see about Covid testing. The person on the phone was so so pleasant both times! Wish I could remember names but reassure who ever she was was a delight to talk to. I did go today for the test cause was around a friend who was sick. I just can not Express how wonderful your staff was. Very pleasant, professional, and easy to talk with. Your employees are Number One in my Book! Keep up the great work. I surely would recommend your facility to all my friends! Hats off to you all! Please stay safe and Happy 4th of July.

I'm impressed. Needed a tetanus shot after getting bit by a dog. Little waiting time, checked my vitals and only charged 35 dollars. Another urgent care wanted over 200.00 .
