Dr. James Bean is one of several Dr. Who work in this facility, so my review is based on my experience with Dr. Bean only. I’ve been Dr. Bean’s patient for over a year, he’s performed surgery on my knee, and he’s a top orthopedic surgeon in his field. I’m very fortunate that I’m under his care. The staff is polite, although the wait time is a little too long at times, but they do have a lot of patients, and of course every patient’s needs are different and the Dr. has to devote his attention to the patient he has in front of him at the time, just like I want him to devote his attention to me when I’m in front of him, and he does. Thank you Dr. Bean.

We met by accident, after my accident in October arriving at your office seeking your advice as to how to remedy my immediate problem, and injured elbow. Simple answer, will require you to go to a hospital so I can operate on the problem at hand. First need though, sew up a cut finger. So off to the hospital I went. So the adventure began there, procedure time was arranged then postponed, but then began in the evening, surprise, damage above the elbow, broken bone, lengthy procedure to reassemble the damage. Out and into my room. My doctor missed the playoffs of the World Series. Then there was my second adventure with you, an infection set in at the operated area and required the removal of previously placed hardware with an external fixture to stabilize the damaged bone. Lengthy stay, but finally discharged. Then another hospitalization, this to remove the external fixture mentioned above. Just an in and out procedure, ended up in a splint. After that first procedure begun my visits to your office for check-ups, these terminating on July 11th, 2018. Beautiful words from you, \You are discharged!\ The above is only a reminder of the lengthy period of time that I have been under your very special care, more or less eight and a half months. Somehow I wish that I could fully convey my sincere thanks to you for what you did for me during this lengthy period of time, particularly during the latter stages, always being overprotective to make certain that nothing would interfere with the healing of the bone, x-rays to convey progress, personal Hands-On to help determine condition. I also wish to express my thanks to all of your staff who were involved with my care during this period of time. Fay B.

Returning patients get ahead of anyone who has an appointment. Yet they give me excuses for why you don’t get called. Weight time is a pain here more than an hour waiting and still everyone gets called ahead just cause I’m a new patient then why schedule appointments? No POINT! Whoever put this policy in place needs to be fired ASAP
