We have a friend that owns a few mortuaries up in Utah, but has many wonderful connections here in Phoenix as well. We called our friend first after our father passed a little over a week ago and asked him what we should do. He put us in contact with Regency Mortuary. The owner called me back himself within minutes while attending a funeral for his own family up in Idaho. He put us in contact with his assistant LaWana. My mother, family and I had a beautiful experience with them. We were in very good hands and well taken care of. We will highly recommend them.

Being from out of state and unfamiliar with AZ laws and protocol, I would have been under more stress than just from the loss of my loved one. I felt that everyone at Regency, no matter if speaking on the phone or through exchange of email, took me under their wing and guided me through the necessary procedures. I was comfortable in feeling I could trust them to carryout all that was necessary to take care of my son and get him home to be laid to rest with his brother. I knew no one at Regency, yet I was treated as family with dignity and respect. Should anyone need the services of a mortuary, I would highly recommend contacting Regency immediately and let them walk with you, hand in hand through this painful process. They show they care! ️
Our Heavenly Father recently called the most important person in my life home. JohnE and I made arrangements with Regency Mortuary about three years ago. We didn’t expect that we would need their services so soon. Their professionalism, caring, and concern, was so comforting in my time of need. They continue to reach out with grief counseling. I’m not ready for that yet. The day Phil brought JohnE home in a beautiful wooden urn was the comfort I needed. Phil was my Angel that day. Regency did the cremation for my aunt. They offer great prices and professional service. They were able to do the paperwork online using docusign since I live out of town. I selected Regency because they work with the Funeral Consumer Alliance of Arizona.
