Dealing with the complications of the Covid virus had resulted in operating with the worst possible solution for helping customers. Everyone stands in a line outside and one by one, are helped at the front door. When you reach the front door your information is given to the collector who in turn hands it to the runner. At that point the whole system stops until the runner finds all your books and returns to the collector. One line, one collector, one runner and everything stops.. It took me an hour just to get from the curb to the window. Plus add to that fact the window is only open for three hours adds to compounds the issue further. They should have at least collector, two runners. Giving your info to the collector and then standing to the far side would allow the next customer to access the collector. The runner could give the books to the next customer. Customers could stand to each side of the door thus doubling the speed of the line. Another option would be to have someone walk the line collecting information and passing it on to the runners directly which would result in even faster movement of the line.

Its relaxing and the people are nice so far. I'm new in the area so its comforting that some people in this world still can be nice and help others regardless of what age they are. This library is very informational for me.

The library is very nice. I don't often interact with staff because I just go and get books I've put on hold, but from what I've seen they're kind. The place is also nice and clean, and there is always lots of parking available. The automatic book drop is also nice, and kinda cool if I'm indulging my inner kid.

Good parking. When visiting my parents, we stop in and pick up movies to watch together. The staff is nice, but reminded me of junior high where I had to ask permission. For everything.
