I received the best possible service from Sunland Mortuary during an obviously difficult time. Jeff Brucker and Judy Walter were beyond courteous, professional, and helpful. Funeral Director Judy Walter, in particular, deserves a promotion and a raise. I can’t imagine a more sensitive, comforting, and compassionate approach to working with family members of the deceased. Having Judy to rely on made a huge difference for me during a very overwhelming and sad time. Judy was able to make arrangements that provided me with closure in accepting my loved one’s passing.

We experienced a heart wrenching loss of our young adult child, Thomas, to suicide. Unimaginable pain! From our initial contact with Sunland Memorial Park, till we left after our family goodbyes, we felt a sincere connection and confidence in staff handling both Thomas’s care, our plans for his parting and our grief. My profession at a local florist, required me to contact Sunland many times for preparation of flowers for other’s holdings services. Because of the attention I recognized then, we chose them for our service. Thank you, falls short for all that Sarah did for our son and his family. Every detail was conveyed, handled and wishes provided. Forever grateful!!!
