We are SOOO happy with the excellent service we got from Austin at this store. We’ve shopped at other Verizon stores who just sell the phone and send you home to set it up yourself. But Austin graciously helped us transfer my husbands old phone to our son and completely set up my husbands phone. Such pleasant customer service is so welcome! Austin deserves a raise.
