Thank you Kent for wheeling me in and being so kind with my husband. Thanks Jennifer for your care while you did the ultrasound on my leg. Thanks so much to the X-ray technician who took the X-ray on my foot! You made it so easy and painless even though I can’t bend my knee. Thanks Stephanie and Matthew for the great news that everything was/is good! Thanks Jaime for being so helpful at discharge time! Finally, thanks so much for your kindness to all of you who took care of me on Saturday, January 16th, 2021. Everyone kept apologizing for the waiting time. I was just so grateful to be treated with kindness and respect. God’s blessings upon you all always!

While I understand if you are not dying, things take time, HOWEVER, I work med in a hospital and it should NEVER take over 5 minutes to respond to a call light. I watched multiple staff walk right by (not in a hurry) without even bothering to ask how they could help.

I recently had to go to the ER here for a kidney stone. It was the worst pain of my life!! But I wanted to give a great big thank you to nurses; Kim, Dane ( there were two others that also helped) and they were so kind to me. They were attentive and I find that rare these days. These Nurses clearly want to help people and I was so greatful for them. There was also the sweetest volunteer named Alfie and she was so nice to have around. So, I say thank you one more time and keep being amazing, compassionate and great in your work because it is recognized!

I took my brother here last night because he was having chest pains, vomiting and bloody noses. The front staff was very nice. It took about 10mins for the triage nurse to come get us. When she came out to get us she was VERY RUDE. She asked why he was there, asked for his ID stickers, he searched his pockets but couldn't find them. The triage nurse named Debra literally threw his jacket at me and told me to look in his coat. Once i found them in his coat I handed them to her. She hooked him up to an ecg and asked if he was on any medications. He answered then she asked if he did drugs or drank. My brother has a back issue and has a medical marijuana card. She proceeded to roll her eyes and asked if he smoked at work, he stated no employees are NOT allowed to smoke at work. She then replied with \that doesn't mean people or you don't \. She was very rude the whole time we were in the triage room. I understand its midnight but you are there to help people! We finally got to a room and his nurse Hailey seemed nice.. He was hooked up to an IV, she placed it twice and said the catheter is half out but it's still in.. What?? She got him hooked up to monitoring equipment, took vitals. She then kept saying how tired she was.. Like yeah we all are. She did check on him a few times after the fluids were administered. He sat for a good 20mins with an empty bag of fluids until she came back to check on us.... Meanwhile I am also in the medial field and there was spots of dried blood on the gurney my brother was on. That's rather disturbing and disgusting. The only good part of the visit was the doctor. Dr Montgomery, he seemed to actual care what the hell was going on. Between the triage nurse and the actual nurse, their patient care couldn't be more awful. Debra was the WORST. Whether you're having a bad day or whatever it may be, you're patients come first. If I had to pick an emergency room, this would NOT be my choice I'd go elsewhere....
