I've known Dr Rundbaken for many years and have always gotten the best service from him and his staff. He is very compassionate and goes out of his way to give his patients the best care. He is good at thinking 'out of the box' if necessary. His office staff is friendly and well organized. While Doc specializes in valley fever care, he also competently treats any lung condition.

Very nice and well organized office. The staff is just wonderful. You may be put on hold, but they check back frequently and make you feel important. Dr Rundbaken is very nice and doesn't seemed rushed.

Well, the doctor is fine. His assistant is fine. the office staff is not so fine. today was the 4th time we drove to the office for an appointment for nothing. its nearly 2 hours each way and cost us 32 in gas. I had to take off work to come here as my husband is disabled, so lost out on 4 hours of work too. I am so upset right now. the office staff does not care at all about the patients as they did not bother to apologize to us. you can bet that if we missed an appointment we would be charged. the way I see it, Dr. Rundbaken owes us at least 120 in gas, plus all my missed work. I find all of this reprehensible still waiting for an apology and a refund for all of our unnecessary expenses.

Its not often that any doctor will see you the same day you call in. I have COPD and with exacerbations one day makes a lot of difference. He and his entire staff have always been most helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone with pulmonary issues.
