Da Truth!

Horrible workplace! First off they have Covid-19 going around and will not tell anyone about it! Second they pick favorites! Third they are disrespectful towards their employees, treat them as if they are children! They are going to run this company into the ground.

Will not allow me to review with ZERO stars. Using the imperial blades for the first time and the LAST. I was using the bi-metal to cut small finishing nails, not framing nails. I was cutting finish nails 1 1/4 in length. Product started getting full within 5 nails and by nail 15 it was not only dull - the teeth were gone. I advised my local hardware store of the issue. They offered my money back. But why should they lose money when imperial should do the refund. When I contacted the company I got a insulting response and when I responded they refused to refund and offered to send me replacement blades. WHY would I want more blades if they do not last. Going to make the trip and get the Rockwell blades!!! Again absolutely terrible blades
