Sad days during the Covid lonely place

The center is a pretty cool place to come enjoy a swim the only down side is.. they make you pay full price even as a spectator watching your children claiming its due to the extra person taking up space also but this happens even when there is jus 20 or less people swiming and 97% of the chairs are empty ... I get what you are doing but if theirs space it shouldn't be an issue or they should issue a spectator/PARENTS fee of half the price since we are ONLY using half the facility which is chairs and buying food...

Its fun for my kids...when it is open. It's frustrating for me when I pay 120 for a family pass and they close early due to low attendance. We have tried to go 3 days in a row now and they have been closed for 3 different reasons. Weather is one thing but LOW ATTENDANCE. It is disappointing. Next year we will be taking ourselves elsewhere, even if it does cost more.

Surface ice is too thick and I hurt my back diving in. Would not recommend.
