We love Point Pleasant and have found the place where we will stay going forward! We absolutely loved staying at the Sun Ray Beach Resort. We stayed at the pink house for one and a half weeks and have nothing but positive feedback. The location, one block from the boardwalk, cannot be beat. If it wasn’t for picking up food we wouldn’t have had to use our car for the whole trip. The pool was such a nice treat. It was kept extremely clean and heated, so it was always nice and enjoyable. My kids loved it. The house was very well kept. My biggest fear about renting a house is that the beds will be uncomfortable and I will have trouble sleeping for a week, but not at the pink house. Beds were extremely comfortable. Bathrooms were nice and kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. The front porch was great to relax on in the evening. Joanna and Matt are great hosts and always responded to any questions quickly. Will not hesitate to come back next summer and have already recommended it to several people!

The resort is beautiful. Joanna and her husband are very nice, attentive and responsive. The house is well maintained and I slept like a baby each night. The convenience to the boardwalk, beautiful clean beach, immaculate pool, and fireworks were perfect. The town has everything you need close by. Amazingly good food and drinks too!! The neighbors are friendly and kind. Pets too!!! My family hopes to return next summer and rent several houses at the same time since we are a large group. We had a beautiful time!!!
Need a Jersey Shore vacation? Look no further! I have rented nice houses along the Jersey Shore, but I can’t say enough good things about this beach house property Joanna and Matt are phenomenal! Location is perfect. House is spacious. The property is clean and secure. Great for families or couples. I would definitely come back here in a heartbeat! Jennifer & Family (Yellow House)
