The two movers from Elite Moving did a great job! They brought two other guys and they worked hard the whole time. No damage to anything. They packed the truck efficiently and everything was great. Would use them again if we move in the future.

We were moving on a tight schedule, and the original movers failed, causing us a 1 day delay. I called and spoke with Donna, and told her our predicament and the timeline we were dealing with. She said she'd call back, and she actually did! She said they had a crew available the next day. The foreman, Avi, arrived on time. He was polite, friendly, professional and immediately recognized the gravity of our situation. He did a walk through and when the moving crew arrived gave them directions that were followed to a T. When the moving crew arrived, they each introduced themselves then jumped into action! They were like a well oiled machine. They never stopped moving and packing, and repacked items that needed to be repacked. Luis was lead man and he was polite, charming, knowledgeable and professional. They did everything!! They packed, with care, our antique furniture, and even offered to separate our items for easy removal when we have our things delivered. Elite Moving and Storage came through, with our ABSOLUTE confidence and trust. For all the hard work Avi and his crew did, we found their pricing to be extremely reasonable and absolutely doable. I highly recommend them. A great company, a great crew and great office support staff. Thank you, all.
These guys were amazing moving my 2 bedroom apartment in just under 6-7 hours. They were quick, professional and efficiently. Would recommend them.
BEWARE -- NOT HONORABLE PROCEED WITH CAUTION!! My experiences are below. Given the choice I would not use them again and clearly cannot recommend them to others. - On day of move, the foreman forced me to pay an additional 400 cash. Said stuff looked to be more than originally quoted. - Despite giving what I was told by the company as a fair and reasonable tip. The foreman aggressively suggested that I needed to double that amount. Follow up conversations with managers confirmed this was standard practice. - When it came to delivery - sent many unanswered emails/vms over the course of weeks. Finally they called and said my stuff would arrive in 6 hrs. Delivery Included damaged items and missing items. - Prior to move, Mary in main office was responsive and helpful. After the agreement was signed, she was either unresponsive or acted as a roadblock to getting answers/resolutions. - Still waiting to hear back from managers on how they will address my complaints. Despite being told it would take a few days it's been over two weeks.
These guys from Elite Moving and Storage arrived exactly on time, worked efficiently, protected everything vulnerable to breaks/scratches/dirt, and were friendly. I would use them again. Their hourly rate is competitive.Thumbs up!
