I ordered our entry door from this company 2 years ago and could not have been more pleased with the design. The delivery was on time and quality seemed to be spot on. As of a couple months ago we noticed the paint started to blister and eventually peel right off in large areas. I wanted to reach out and seek resolve from the company prior to writing a review but Sam the owner never replied to my emails or returned phone calls. He was also provided photos so he seen the issues firsthand. Just yesterday I had to have the door repainted. From the research I have done on iron doors this is not the norm. Beware if you plan to do business with this establishment. These products are built in China and with a minimal quality at best.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with this company and after putting in my order in Feb. 2019 I still haven't finished receiving the correct parts to my order as of Nov. 2019. Placed order in Feb. and was told the door would be here in March. They later changed that to April. Come to find out the doors are not made in the US but China. After no communication, and I had to follow up consistently the door arrived in July. Unfortunately the handle and the deadbolt were wrong. We ordered a square deadbolt and handle. After a month they sent a new deadbolt but I still have not received a new handle as of Nov. 2019 I continue following up about once a week and I haven't heard a thing. The door is not an adjustable threshold as it states and the strike plates are all off location and had to be adjusted manually. Did not come with correct screws. This is a very short reenactment to the lack of service and poor quality in doors that actually happened. I hope that others do not fall victim to this company. Will never suggest this company.

Initial install of our door was late May, 2020 & the custom screen that goes with the door was to come in and be delivered to us within a few weeks and that they would make sure if was a good fit to the door. Had they followed up, this could have been a 5 star rating. Took 12 weeks vs. 4 weeks to get the screen. Beautiful door.
