Setup a rental online and drove out to selma to pick it up. They said they only have half the equipment I needed. They said I should have called ahead to confirm. They also have their lobby closed for contactless service. It's not contactless it's just inconvenient.

Called earlier and said I would come over to see the tool he had to rent Was never told about them not dealing with customers at this location. Was told to go online for reference.

I called a week and a half in advance for a compressor and post driver. Put my card info down and driver license for them to hold. Then I go the day before and a guy shows me both of the items I will be renting. Then Robert calls me in the morning approx 4-5 hours before I said I’m going to pick it up and tells me they don’t have either. Then proceeds to tell me there is a post driver at the one in Fredericksburg and I can go drive out there and grab it but they wouldn’t adjust cost or go get it and have it ready like they promised. I stopped by the day before to ensure this wouldn’t happen because it has happened before with them. I told my customer after I looked at it that everything looked good and would be on schedule but now I look like I’m not a man of my word because they messed up and would not try to help meet me halfway to correct it.

Sign says stay in your vehicle and their people will load and unload the equipment. The workers should read that sign. They disappear and look the other way when you drive up.
