Worst experience I have ever had with a rental company. I needed a lift in a pinch. They told me they couldnt read my hitch rating so they had to assume it was class 3, forcing me to get it delivered for 300 dollars of course. They were rude at the office about everything, from their mask policy to there rental policy. I'll make sure I use rental works from now on..My only bad review I've ever left, if that means anything...

Very nice customer service and friendly, reasonable. You can pick up the Aerator on Friday before closing or Saturday morning and return Monday morning still being charged for one day rental. Diane and the guy at the loading yarf are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this location.

Service as always been great and fast. Took a Forklift Training Class with Richard Drennan which was very informative and Richard has a lot of experience to share when on the hands on portion of the class. Would recommend to anyone in need of a forklift certification.
