My wife and I were generally interested in a used RV, but had really just begun to look. We saw one listed at RCD RV that seemed like it fit into our budget so we contacted them, set up an appointment, and went through the RV. The salesman, Brian, was not the least bit pushy, and in fact, he was pointing out things to us about the unit we looked at that we hadn't seen. As it turns out, that particular RV would have ended up being a project vehicle - not projects I wanted to do but instead projects I would have had to do. When we told Brian we were no longer interested, he asked us if we would look at the RV parked in the next space over. I saw that one online and wasn't interested because it was a few years older, but we agreed and it turned out to be exactly what we were interested in. Even though it was a few years older, the RV was in almost immaculate condition - well taken care of and actually had fewer miles than the first one we looked at. Brian was by no means forceful in the transaction, which made us feel better about looking at it. He was quite knowledgeable and was willing to answer (or get answers) to any questions we had. While we were somewhat time crunched on our first visit, Brian told us to give him a call if we wanted to come back and take it on a test drive. We did call him back - he didn't call us. We took the test drive and the rest is history. We now own a beautiful, 2001 Country Coach Allure 40' Allure with dual slides. My only comment/concern I had overall is the use of gaiter face masks. While all the employees were wearing face masks and the sign on the door indicates that they are required, information on the news indicates that the gaiter masks are not very effective. I suppose I could have asked for them to wear the more effective disposable mask, but I didn't. We also kept our distance to keep safe.

Ben is our RV MAN!!! He has been patient as we have figured out exactly what we needed for our lifestyle- excellent follow up but not pushy. We feel we got a fair price for a very nice 5th wheel.
Great customer care along with all our questions asked. They certainly made you feel special down to the final purchase. It was our first buy so they were very patient with our hang ups. All were very knowledgeable and made you feel like part of the RV family. It was kinda cool actually. Would definitely buy from them again.

I dont have enough nice things to say about the team and our sales rep, Brody, at RCD RV Supercenter in Sunbury. We were buying our first travel trailer and are complete newbies. They were first off patient. We asked so many questions. They never got impatient, talked down to us, or tried to rush us. They also didnt push us into anything we weren't comfortable with or that was out of our price range. We visited three times, yes three, until we finally found our travel home. Brody was an excellent communicator keeping us informed every step of the way. On pickup day we loved the detail of the walkthrough with their resident expert. He really knew EVERY little detail about camper. I felt at ease learning how to operate everything and they waited for me to take notes. So many extra tips that we just couldn't have gotten from reading the manual on our own. They did a full inspection of our unit to make sure it met their standards for us to drive off the lot. I'm so happy we purchased from RCD Sunbury. We couldn't be happier with the level if service we received and our camper. I would 100% recommend and trust that my friends and family would have the same experience. Thank you all so much!
