I’m writing this review to share the excellent customer service that I experienced with Daniel Thompson at Thompson Marine Service as well as Suncoast City Boats in Panama City Beach, Florida. I was in town on a surf trip and trailered my boat with me. Upon arrival, I realized that the lights on my trailer were malfunctioning. Through the excellent reception staff at the resort of which I was staying, I was directed to Thompson Marine Service, and insured of their quality of work. I met with Daniel Thompson at Suncoast City Boats that day. Although Daniel was heavily engaged with the operation of his own business, his diligence in fixing the issues on my trailer was incredible. We shared great conversation and Daniel was incredibly knowledgeable about his craft. Suncoast City Boats even offered me lunch, which in my opinion, is indicative of their character alone. I’m grateful for my experience and moreover impressed by Daniel Thompson, Thompson Marine Service, and Suncoast City Boats. Thanks for helping an “out of towner”, especially in his time of need. These people are simply first class!

They do the right thing. Will be honest and answer any question. And will go over and beyond others. That's a feeling you don't get just anywhere. Not only am I happy with the deal I got, they have helped out when no monetary gain was in sight for them. Can't beat that.

I contacted Will about a boat I was interested in, he gave me every bit of information I was asking for including pictures, videos and assurance. We drove all the way from NC and he didn't leave a single detail out about the boat, I was very impressed. Jim is a great guy as well, he gave me tons of tips on some aftermarket parts I could get to improve the boat. There service department is on call and very diligent with there work. After doing business w/ with these 3 guys, I couldn't imagine going anywhere else!
