Never answer their phone. Ordered online for pick up on 9/17. In the email I was told in 2 hours I’d find out if my sunglasses were available. Still no email and it’s been more than 24 hours. Called over 18 times to the store, no answer. Unacceptable. Tuttle Mall location in Dublin, Ohio. Customer service number is also a joke. Told to keep trying to call the store.
