My experience was the worst ever. The salesperson was very rude and didn’t let me return my items because she claimed the system was down and she wasn’t able to return it and she gave wrong information by saying you could go through the inconvenience of returning it through the website. I don’t recommend going here at all
The location says they open at 10 Am......... the store associate didn’t show up still 11:42. I guess it was more important to get her coffee in the morning. Even after being late. She has the audacity to give me attitude. It’s not my fault you are late........ will not coming back here at all.
Joyce was the salesperson and she was very rude when she opens the store at 12:30 when it was supposed to be opened at 10 am
Mary was the salesperson. She lied to me saying that the system was down and she’s won’t be able to process the return. She told me the technician is on his way then changed it to “it will take two weeks to get it fixed”. Meanwhile, there was a guy at the store purchasing sunglasses .
